Drill-confirmed bonanza grades
27 core holes; 19 vein intercepts averaging 20.3 g/t Au and 123.7 g/t Ag, independently recompiled and check-assayed at an ISO 17025 laboratory.
Charay Project · Mina El Padre · Sinaloa, Mexico
A drilled, past-producing epithermal gold–silver vein system in the San Blas Mining District. Minera Pafex, S.A. de C.V. holds 100% of the mineral rights and is offering the project for outright acquisition, with joint-venture structures considered for a qualified operating partner.

Why Charay
Charay carries the three things most projects at this price point lack — all documented and organized for diligence.
27 core holes; 19 vein intercepts averaging 20.3 g/t Au and 123.7 g/t Ag, independently recompiled and check-assayed at an ISO 17025 laboratory.
Bottle-roll cyanidation returns 90–94% gold in 72 hours. Concentrate shipped in 2015 graded ≈288 g/t Au and ≈1,967 g/t Ag.
From agreement to production in under four months: 15,430 tonnes milled and 393 dry tonnes of concentrate shipped in a sub-US$1,200/oz gold environment.
The geology
A 27-hole core program tested the El Padre vein along 240 m of strike. Nineteen holes hit the structure, returning a weighted average of 20.3 g/t Au and 123.7 g/t Ag over 1.29 m true width (2010 independent QP recompilation), with individual intercepts up to 45.3 g/t Au. Check assays at an ISO 17025 laboratory reproduced the result.
Critically, no hole was drilled below ~50 m vertical, grades increase with depth, and the vein is open along strike in both directions — the classic profile of an epithermal system clipped at the top of its bonanza horizon.
The operating record
Under a prior joint venture, Charay went from agreement to production in under four months. The 2015 campaign milled 15,430 tonnes and shipped 393 dry tonnes of concentrate grading ≈288 g/t Au and ≈1,967 g/t Ag — 3,668 oz gold and 24,550 oz silver — in a sub-US$1,200/oz gold environment.
Bottle-roll cyanidation returns 90–94% gold recovery in 72 hours.
| Campaign | 2015 — restart under prior JV |
|---|---|
| Ore milled | 15,430 t |
| Concentrate shipped | 393 dry t at ≈288 g/t Au · ≈1,967 g/t Ag |
| Metal shipped | 3,668 oz Au · 24,550 oz Ag |
| Gold recovery | 90–94%, 72-hour bottle-roll cyanidation |
| Time to production | < 4 months from agreement |
The logistics
Flat terrain 45 minutes from a city of 235,000, with power, rail, port, water and an experienced regional mining workforce already in place. The cost and schedule risk that sinks remote projects simply is not part of this story.
| Terrain | Flat, year-round access |
|---|---|
| Nearest city | 45 min — pop. 235,000 |
| Power | Powerline crossing the property, 750 m from the vein |
| Rail | FerroMex mainline 6 km away |
| Port | Deep-water Topolobampo within the hour |
| Water | At 8 m depth |
| Workforce | Experienced regional mining labor pool |
The upside
The deepest holes end the tested envelope in bonanza grade. In this deposit class, systems are routinely mined for hundreds of metres of vertical extent.
A parallel structure 200 m southeast returned this intercept in the single hole that clipped it. Never followed up.
A silicified breccia body with high-grade surface samples — the kind of target that anchors the economics of several Sierra Madre camps. No systematic work.
Process
